Many of our clients tell us that they feel relaxed and calm following a treatment, and that they notice improved well-being and relief from conditions such as stress, anxiety, chronic pain, muscular tension and IBS. Book a treatment today to give yourself the opportunity for some relaxation and recuperation; see the column on the left for our therapies and dates pages.

We advise you to pre-book to guarantee a session- although you are welcome to drop in on the day. We ask for a deposit for half the cost of the treatment.  This will only be cashed if you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice. We sell gift vouchers and are always happy to chat by phone or email about any of our therapies and how they may benefit you.
